這麼多cedar怎麼選啊？

最近跟紐約一位製琴師訂琴，指定面版要cedar的，他卻打電話來問我要哪一種？他說他有Balsam fir、Chinese fir、Westtern redwood、Redwood、Spruce....等，有些接近卻還是不太一樣，真是讓我不知從何選取。 其中主要是有冷杉類、紅杉類、雲杉類，大家是否能給小弟一點意見。

如果是红松我们一般特指的就是Western red Cedar，他怎么会冒出spruce来呢？

Spruce我查好像也有雲杉之意吧！每個地方講法好像不太一樣，像紅松也有人說紅杉，有沒有確定一點的解釋呢？
